Daili is the simple way to run family life together. One shared calendar, shared shopping lists and family to-dos — so everyone knows what's happening, what's needed, and who's doing what. Made for real families: parents, kids with their own login, and little ones you manage for them. ONE CALENDAR FOR EVERYONE • See the whole family's week and month at a glance • Color-coded events with categories, locations and notes • Repeating events done right — soccer every Tuesday, piano every other week • Drag an event to move it, and import calendar files (.ics) • Reminders so nobody misses pickup again • Private events stay private • Bring in your phone's calendar and your Google Calendar, and choose what the family sees SHOPPING LISTS THAT UPDATE LIVE • Shared lists the whole family can edit • Add "milk" on your phone, it appears on your partner's in the store • Quantities, categories and notes per item • Checked items drop neatly to the bottom FAMILY TO-DOS • Put a name on every task — no more "I thought you were doing it" • Due dates and reminders • Kids see their own tasks and can check them off FAMILY BUDGET • Monthly or one-time budgets with categories and limits — no bank connection needed • Choose who sees each budget — the whole family, some of you, or only you • Split shared costs and settle up • Bills on your calendar, with a reminder before they are due NOTES FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY • Quick notes with a title, checklists and reminders • Add pictures, voice messages, links and drawings • Keep a note to yourself, or share it with the family members you choose • Deleted notes wait 30 days in Recently deleted AND THE REST OF FAMILY LIFE • Weather on your Today screen and on Home, with a full 10-day forecast • Cycle: a private period tracker that stays on your phone — nobody in the family sees it • Meal planner: plan breakfast to dinner for the whole week • Recipe box: save your family's recipes, find them by ingredient and sort them with your own tags • Habits with Minzi, the family cat: tick off your habits together and send Minzi on a trip • Birthdays and celebrations, remembered every year • Home screen widgets: what's next and the shopping list, without opening the app • A private vault on your phone for photos and documents — kept on your device, never uploaded • Your own app color REMINDERS YOU CONTROL • Up to five reminders per event, so nothing lands too late • A morning summary of today and an evening summary of tomorrow • Quiet hours, so the family calendar never wakes the baby BUILT FOR FAMILIES, NOT TEAMS • Invite your family with a simple 6-digit code or link • Parents are admins; kids and teens get their own member login • Managed profiles for children without an email — upgrade them to a real login later • Speaks 25 languages Daili is free to use, with no ads and no selling your data — your family's plans belong to your family. Daili Plus is an optional yearly subscription for the whole family: more AI helpers each month — turn a photo or a note into events, to-dos and shopping items, import recipes from videos and photos, plan dinners — and 5 GB of Daili cloud for note pictures and recordings. It renews automatically each year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period; manage or cancel it in your account settings. Questions or ideas?
