Cycle trackers have been at the centre of multiple privacy scandals — most notably the 2021 FTC settlement where one large app shared your data with Facebook. We built PERIOD. because we wanted something different. We are a small, Dutch, women-led team. Founder Lisa uses the app herself every day. Every design choice starts with: would I want this for myself?
