But if you fill the jar up with pills to the very top - it is game over and win of the virus.🚫 You can choose difficulty by setting game mode, level of viruses' count and falling speed of the pills in settings menu at the start of the game. Low speed gives you x1 points, Med speed has x2 multiplier and High speed has x3. More viruses you kill by one combination - more points you get.
