11月2日 的 HiringCensus Remote Job Alerts 應用程式分析

Most job apps show you a list. They do not tell you that more than a quarter of what is on it went up over three months ago, or that some of those companies have not touched their careers page in years. HiringCensus keeps the date on every single role, and re-counts every board each morning. So you can see, before you write a cover letter, whether anyone is actually on the other end. REMOTE ROLES, AND THE DATE ON EVERY ONE Over 60,000 of the open roles here are remote, and every one carries its publish date. Set your location to Remote, save the search, and new matches are mailed to you as they appear. WHAT IS IN IT • 60,000+ remote roles, out of 400,000+ open roles in total • 12,000+ companies, re-counted every morning • Every job carries the publish date the employer put on it • New roles land every morning • Remote jobs, on-site jobs, and everything with a stated location THE PART NOBODY ELSE SHOWS YOU Tap any role and you get a read on the board behind it. How many roles that company has open. When the newest one went up. Whether they have ever taken a posting down, or whether every job they have ever advertised is somehow still live. That last one is more common than you would think. There are companies in the census still advertising whose newest posting is over two thousand days old. You will know which they are before you spend an evening on an application. JOB ALERTS THAT ARRIVE ON THEIR OWN Save a search — a role, a place, remote or not — and new matches are mailed to you as they appear. No checking back, no refreshing a list. YOUR RESUME, READ THE WAY SOFTWARE READS IT Employers run applications through parsers before a person ever sees them. A two-column layout, a sidebar or a table can come apart in that step and take your experience with it. • Read your resume on this phone and see what a parser actually gets out of it • Find the lines that go missing • Build a clean single-column copy in one of four layouts • Every copy is read back and checked line by line before you get it — a layout that loses something is refused, not handed over with a warning • Save it to your phone or send it on Your resume is read on the device and thrown away. Nothing is uploaded. Only what it matched ever leaves. MATCHED TO YOU, NOT TO A SEARCH BOX Scan your resume once and the For You tab becomes roles measured against it: which of your skills each one names, whether it sits at your level, and what you are missing. PREPARE FOR THE INTERVIEW Open the questions a role is likely to ask, drawn from what the posting itself says it wants. IN YOUR LANGUAGE The whole app is available in 25 languages, including Hindi, Spanish, Arabic, Bengali, Portuguese, Indonesian, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Turkish, Urdu and Chinese. FREE, AND WHAT IS NOT Searching is free and stays free. You can browse the census, read postings, and check whether a board is alive without paying anything. Pro opens the whole result rather than the first page, keeps the publish date on every row, and turns on saved searches with email alerts. It is available as a one-time purchase or as a weekly or monthly plan, and a purchase made here works on the website too. WHERE THE DATA COMES FROM HiringCensus has been counting open roles every morning and keeping the history: when a role went up, when it came down, and which employers quietly stopped hiring. The change history is the product. A posting with no date is a posting you cannot judge. Questions: hello@hiringcensus.com
