Open the app and press the “Start” arrow to scan for the sensor. When your sensor ID appears and matches the number on the back of the pod, tap to accept and wait 15–20 seconds for calibration. Inner Balance USB-C sensor: clip the sensor to your earlobe and plug the USB-C sensor into your Android device. Accept the prompt to open the app, then press the “Start” arrow to begin your first session.
