10月6日 的 Sleep Focus: Bedtime App Lock 應用程式分析

🌙 Sleep Focus — when it's time to sleep, your phone sleeps too Ever had "just five more minutes" turn into 2 a.m.? Sleep Focus locks your phone from the bedtime you pick until the wake time you pick, so the promise you made to yourself actually holds. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✨ WHAT IT DOES ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🔒 Locks from bedtime to wake time • Pick a bedtime and a wake time. That's the whole setup. • At bedtime, distracting apps stop opening. • At your wake time it unlocks by itself, free, every morning. • A single lock can run for up to 12 hours and never longer. 📞 The things you actually need keep working • Calls, texts and emergency dialing keep working the whole time. • Your clock and alarm keep working too. • Sleep Focus blocks broadly and leaves those essentials open — there is no per-app picker to fuss with at bedtime. 🛡️ No editing the schedule mid-lock • Once a lock has started, the times are fixed until morning. • That's the whole point: 1 a.m. you doesn't get to overrule 10 p.m. you. 🔓 Early unlock, if you truly need it (optional) • Something urgent came up? A small one-time purchase ends tonight's lock right away. The price is shown in the app before you buy. • It works as a speed bump — "is this worth paying for?" is a surprisingly good question at 1 a.m. • No subscription, nothing recurring. You only pay if you decide to. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🤝 PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU INSTALL ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Sleep Focus is a self-control tool that you set up yourself. It never holds your phone hostage. ✅ The lock only ever runs during the window you set yourself. ✅ At your wake time it unlocks automatically, at no cost. ✅ Deleting the app ends the lock, at any time. ✅ The paid early unlock is optional and is never required to get out. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🌟 WHO IT'S FOR ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • You keep doomscrolling short videos and social feeds long past bedtime • Your sleep keeps getting shorter because your phone is in your hand • Willpower on its own hasn't worked and you want something with teeth • You're building a steadier sleep routine, or a real digital detox • You want less screen time at night without policing yourself all evening ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 💡 GOOD TO KNOW ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✅ No account and no sign-up. Set two times and you're done. ✅ A lock runs between 1 and 12 hours, so morning always arrives. ✅ No subscription. The only purchase is the optional early unlock. ✅ Sleep Focus does not measure or track your sleep. It just gets the phone out of your hands so you can. ✅ To show the lock screen, Sleep Focus needs usage access and permission to display over other apps. You grant both yourself during setup, and you can withdraw them in Android Settings. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 📮 QUESTIONS OR FEEDBACK ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Email: jinhom6225@insightmyung.com Tell us what isn't working and we'll fix it.
