10月22日 的 ReelGuard: Interrupt Scrolling 應用程式分析

ReelGuard randomly kicks you out of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Facebook at unpredictable moments so you don't have to rely on willpower. No coaching. No screen time lectures. Just an unexpected interruption that breaks the scroll loop. HOW IT WORKS ReelGuard runs in the background and monitors when you're scrolling short-form video. After a random interval, it sends you back to your home screen. For the next 30 seconds the app stays locked, so reopening it out of reflex doesn't work. That's it. SUPPORTED APPS - Instagram Reels - TikTok (interruptions apply to the whole app) - YouTube Shorts - Facebook (interruptions apply to the whole app) FEATURES - Random interruptions — unpredictable timing makes it harder to "just scroll until the next one" - 30 second cooldown — after an interruption the app can't be reopened straight away - Less Frequent mode — interruptions every 30 seconds to 4 minutes - Very Frequent mode — interruptions every 30 seconds to 2 minutes (Premium) - Focus Mode — block a chosen app completely for 15 or 30 minutes - Statistics — scroll time, your best day, and how often ReelGuard stopped you - Snooze for 1 hour — when you actually want to watch something PRIVACY FIRST ReelGuard has no accounts, no login, no analytics, and no data collection. Pricing varies by region. ReelGuard uses Android Accessibility Service to detect and interrupt access to Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Facebook according to user-defined settings.
