SUPPORTED FORMATS • STL — binary and ASCII • OBJ — geometry only OBJ material libraries, textures and sidecar files are not loaded. Native CAD formats such as STEP, STP, IGES, IGS, Parasolid, SOLIDWORKS and Fusion files are not supported. Export those models to STL or geometry-only OBJ before opening them. STL View is designed for viewing and inspection. It does not edit, repair, slice, convert or print models. Complex meshes may be displayed using a clearly identified reduced-detail preview.
