Take charge of a nation and run its economy for decades. Faith is a country management and economy simulation game: every decision on interest rates, taxes, the budget, trade and politics has a price, and the consequences can come back years later. CHOOSE YOUR COUNTRY Pick one of eight fictional nations, each with its own income, inflation, debt and problems: a farming economy, an oil state, an industrial power with foreign currency debt, a country of graduates without jobs, a dollarised economy, a frontier market, a captured state or a nation just out of war. Lead it from poverty into the ranks of the developed economies. RUN THE ECONOMY • Chair the monetary policy board: set the interest rate and the tone of your statement • Set VAT, excise, income and corporate taxes and social security • Balance public spending, subsidies and wages • Manage domestic and foreign debt, reserves and the exchange rate • Fight inflation and keep the markets' trust BUILD REGION BY REGION Choose your development path and build power plants, railways and national programs. Every region on the map has its own development, unemployment and unrest. Leave one behind and it will let you know. ONE WORLD, EIGHT NATIONS The other seven countries share your world and run on the same economic engine. Trade with them, sign deals and watch crises spread across borders. POLITICS THAT PUSHES BACK Parliament, the street, the media and business lobbies all react to your choices. The Palace makes demands. Journalists ask hard questions at press conferences. Six characters in every country have stories of their own, and your decisions shape how they end. UNDERSTAND EVERY NUMBER No economics background needed. Charts and notes explain why every indicator moves, and each year ends with a report card on inflation, jobs, public finances, growth and the currency. A CAREER THAT LASTS DECADES Climb eight stages of development, earn emblems and achievements, and see how long you can keep your country on course. Available in 13 languages: English, Turkish, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Swahili, Indonesian and Malay.
