Lift Fitness app analytics for November 6

The official app of Lift Fitness Lagos, for the club's members. With the app, your membership is on your phone: book classes, get into the gym with your QR code, pay your monthly fee and follow your training. Lift Fitness Lagos brings together a gym, group classes, martial arts, personal training, a sauna and a Turkish bath in one place. What you can do in the app: • See the group class and martial arts timetables and book your place. • Get into the club with the app's QR code. • Check your membership and pay by card. • See your receipts and invoices. • Log your workouts and see your history and personal records. • See the results of your fitness assessments, carried out at the club by your trainer. • Log your food and water, with a barcode scanner. • Talk to your personal trainer, the nutritionist and reception. • Watch the Lift Academy videos on load, tempo, rest and progression. • Manage your family: parents and guardians see their children's entry code and look after the Kids plan. To use the app you need a Lift Fitness Lagos member account. You can create your account in the app from the age of 16, and your registration is confirmed at the club's reception. Under 16, the account is created at reception, with a parent or guardian. Your health data (fitness assessments, nutrition and conversations with the coaching team) is only processed with your consent, which you can withdraw in your Profile at any time.
