Frequently asked questionsHow often are the lockers filled?Lockers are filled twice daily, Monday through Saturday.Why can’t I pick up my items at the locker immediately?The library needs time to gather and process your items. If you need your hold quickly, please choose in-library pickup instead.Should I return items to a locker?No, do not return items in a locker. Please place all returns in the designated book return.How long do I have to pick up my items?When your hold is ready, you’ll receive a notification by phone, text, or email. You have seven days to pick it up.What if I no longer want the item in my locker?Please return unwanted items in the book return. Do not leave them in the locker.
