Blood Pressure Tracker Health+ helps you record, understand, and share your blood pressure readings — with analysis that goes deeper than any number on a cuff. Your readings are classified using the 2025 AHA/ACC and ESH/ESC guidelines, so you always see your numbers the way your doctor does. Your data stays on your iPhone, synced with Apple Health. We never collect or share your health information.

A guided breathing exercise helps you relax before taking a reading. Five cycles of box breathing — inhale, hold, exhale, hold — each phase four seconds long. The whole thing takes about a minute. Stress and anxiety can raise your blood pressure by 10–20 points, so a calmer reading is genuinely a more accurate one.

Enter systolic, diastolic, and pulse in seconds. Add custom tags — "morning," "after medication," "before exercise" — so you can see what actually affects your numbers.
