Your Intersect coach will be your partner on your journey to becoming the best you that you can be! HOW INTERSECT WORKS: - We partner you with a coach who has the expertise and experience to help you crush your fitness goals. You will be able to communicate with your coach as much as you need to provide feedback and discuss your progress while you work toward your goals. - Personalized training programs are created just for you based on your experience, goals, and your workout environment (gym, at home, on the road, or a little bit of each). - Take control of your workout schedule. You no longer need to worry about making workout times that fit your trainer’s schedule, workout at the time that works for you! Your trainer can adjust your workout program any time; if your schedule suddenly changes, so can your program! - During workouts, the Intersect app makes it simple to progress through the exercises and each exercise comes with a photo and a video so you always know what you’re supposed to do. To see your progress over time, we encourage you to record sets, reps, weight, and time for exercises key to your goals. - The Intersect app can also import your workouts from Apple Health so you and your trainer can utilize those insights to adjust and improve your workout plan.
