10月22日的ActivAI: AI Workout Coach应用程序分析

Turn AI plans into real workouts. Paste a workout into Coach or ask for a plan, then follow it with exercise guidance, set tracking and rest timers. MAKE YOUR PLAN USEFUL Create a single session or a multi-day program for your goals, available equipment and training routine. Import a plan from a chat or your notes. Review its exercises, rep ranges, rest times and instructions before you train. Add a program to Workouts without activating it, then activate it with Pro when you are ready. TRACK WHAT YOU COMPLETE Log sets, reps and weight during your gym or home workout. See your last recorded weight and reps for exercises with matching names, even across programs. A weight specified in your plan takes priority. Adjust targets with simple buttons or reset them to the plan. Open available step-by-step technique guides from the exercise screen. KEEP YOUR TRAINING MOVING Use rest timers, timed exercises and the interval timer for work/rest rounds. Pause and resume your session. Follow active timers on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. With Pro, use Apple Watch to complete sets and control workout timers from your wrist; a paired iPhone is required. SEE YOUR PROGRESS Keep your workout history and review completed sessions. Log other sports and activities so the coach can take recent training into account. Optional Apple Health integration lets you import activities and save completed workouts. FREE AND PRO Free includes activity logging, workout tracking, timers and history, with 5 coach messages per day and up to 3 saved workouts. ActivAI Pro adds more coaching and unlimited workout saves, multi-day program activation, exercise progress charts, weekly coach reports and Watch workout controls. Cloud coaching requires an internet connection and your permission to send the request and relevant fitness context to the selected AI service. Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription. Prices, billing periods and any eligible introductory offer are shown before purchase. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.
