10月21日的Maistelu: Baby Food Tracker应用程序分析

Maistelu is a simple, private way to keep track of every new food your baby tries — first tastes, reactions, and notes — in just a few taps. Introducing solids is a blur of "wait, did we already try broccoli?" Maistelu remembers for you. It's built around a curated tasting chart of 100 first foods across 11 categories, inspired by the Finnish "maistelutaulukko," and suggests foods based on your baby's age. HOW IT WORKS • Add your baby's name and date of birth once — foods are then suggested by age • Tap a food, pick a date, and note whether your baby liked it, was neutral, or disliked it • Add reactions and notes to remember how each tasting went • See your baby's full tasting history at a glance TRACK ALLERGENS WITH CONFIDENCE • Record when you introduce each common allergen • See allergen introduction status at a glance • Generate a report you can bring to your pediatrician 100 FOODS, 11 CATEGORIES Vegetables, fruits, berries, grains, fish, meat & egg, spices, oat products, legumes, dairy, and nuts — plus any custom foods you add. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No ads. No third-party trackers. Your baby's profile and tastings are stored in your own account, and diagnostic data never includes your baby's name or date of birth. FREE TO START Log foods, reactions, and notes for your baby for free. Maistelu Premium unlocks multiple baby profiles, sharing the diary with caregivers, and PDF reports. Available in English, Finnish, and Italian. Maistelu is a personal food log, not medical advice. Always follow the guidance of your own pediatrician.
