Starting solids is exciting and full of questions. How do I cut this? When can we try egg? Did we already have broccoli? NomNom brings the answers and your baby's whole food journey together in one calm place. HOW TO SERVE FIRST FOODS 60 serving guides show how to cook and cut a food for your baby's age, and which shapes need extra care because of choking risk. The “Off-limits by age” list shows what has to wait: honey and salt until the first birthday, sugar until the second. ALLERGENS, ONE AT A TIME Introduce 14 common allergens one by one, three tastings each. Salmon and trout are tracked separately from white fish, and tree nuts nut by nut. NomNom shows what's already introduced, where to go next and when it's time to repeat. LOG IT IN ONE TAP Offered something new? One tap and it's in the diary. Note whether your baby liked it, log a tasting you forgot yesterday, fix or delete any entry and keep notes on every food. PROGRESS AT A GLANCE See how many of nearly 200 foods your baby has tried, which food groups are falling behind, how many new foods this week and how long your daily streak is. The goal: as much variety as possible before the first birthday. WIDGETS AND GENTLE REMINDERS A Home Screen widget suggests what to offer today: the next allergen tasting and a new food. Optional reminders nudge you to repeat an allergen tasting, offer a turned-down food again and look back at your week. STARTER PLATES Balanced plate ideas with vegetables, fruits, grains and protein, from simple to more varied. NO ACCOUNT NEEDED No sign-up. Your baby's diary stays on your phone. Spoon-fed purées, baby-led weaning or a bit of both: NomNom fits the way you feed. NomNom provides general information and doesn't replace advice from your pediatrician.
