Switchly Launcher is a calm Android home screen that helps you open apps on purpose instead of out of habit. 🌿 A calm start • Start on Essentials with only the apps you really need • Switch to All apps with one tap, or search everything at once • Back or Home always brings you back to your calm start view • The full date at the top instead of a second clock • Hide apps you don't want to see on Home ⏳ Pause before distractions • Add a short countdown or a confirmation before chosen apps open • See the app, your time left and today's opens before you decide • Choose "Not now" and get a short, kind confirmation • Set daily opening limits for apps you open through Switchly • Small icons under each app show its rules at a glance 📅 Your day at a glance • An optional Today card shows held notifications, skipped opens and screen time • Screen time and limits are counted from today's actual use 🔕 Notifications on hold • Block notifications from selected apps • Read them later in a private inbox that stays on your device • Calls, alarms, navigation and media stay visible 👥 Profiles for every part of your day • Work, Private or your own profiles, each with its own rules • Switch profiles with a tap, an NFC tag or a QR code 🔒 Protect your setup • Tap the protection chip to lock or unlock, or protect for 5 to 60 minutes • Unlock with a trusted NFC tag, a Switchly QR code, or an optional PIN and biometrics • The QR scanner sits right in the search bar • Emergency unlock is always there as a safe way back 🎨 Make it yours • Light and dark mode and nine accent colors • Grid size, icon size, app labels and a low-stimulation mode • A personal QR code one tap away on Home, shown fullscreen at full brightness • Write your personal link or text to an NFC tag • A short Home tour explains everything, and you can replay it any time 🔐 Private by design Switchly Launcher has no internet permission, no ads, no analytics and no account. Your rules, profiles and held notifications stay on your device. Good to know: opening limits and pauses apply when you open apps through Switchly Launcher. They are not a system-wide blocker.
