10月22日的Quessia: Focus & App Blocker应用程序分析

Your attention, back. Quessia blocks the apps that pull you away while you study or work, turns finished focus sessions into app time you earned, and tells you right away if blocking ever stops working. FOCUS FIRST • Run timed focus sessions that keep distracting apps blocked for as long as you need to concentrate • With Study to unlock (Pro), every finished focus session earns minutes you can spend as a pass on the apps you block • Track study hours by subject • Turn on Strict Mode when you know you will be tempted to quit early: it closes the easy way out STOP THE ENDLESS FEED (PRO) • The feed blocker leaves YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, the TikTok For You feed and the X For you timeline as soon as they open (TikTok and X are in beta) • Your messages, search and subscriptions keep working • Optional: it stays off until you read a clear notice in the app and agree BLOCKING YOU CAN TRUST • A live blocking health check on the main screen, so you know blocking is working, not just installed • A high-priority alert the moment Android switches the blocking service off, with a one-tap fix • Step-by-step fix cards for phones that stop background apps, such as Samsung, Xiaomi and Pixel PAUSE BEFORE YOU OPEN • Mindful open adds a short breathing pause before apps you choose, with an open counter and one-tap reasons • Or block apps on a schedule, after a daily time limit, or always on • See how much screen time goes to the apps you are trying to avoid, next to the time you focused No leaderboards, no friend feed, no streaks to perform for anyone but yourself. ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE DISCLOSURE Quessia uses Android's AccessibilityService API for two features, each with its own switch in Android Settings. 1. App blocking: when you turn on the "Quessia blocking" service, it detects which app is open, so it can show the block screen over apps covered by one of your active rules. It reads only the package name. 2. Feed blocker (optional, Pro): when you turn on the "Quessia feed blocker" service, it checks the on-screen layout of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and X, only for apps you enable, to tell whether a Reels, Shorts or For you feed is open. It reads layout IDs and the names of tabs and buttons. When a feed opens, it leaves the feed (by going back, or by switching to the Following tab) and shows a notice. It does not read messages, comments, passwords or anything you type, and it does not collect, store or share any of this data. Everything stays on your device. Both services are used only for these purposes. Quessia asks for your consent in the app before you enable them, and you can turn them off at any time in your phone's Accessibility settings. PRICING Quessia is free to use, with no ads. No account is required to set up blocking, run focus sessions, or use Strict Mode and Mindful open. Optional Quessia Pro adds Study to unlock, the feed blocker, a widget, stats with CSV export, themes, profiles and focus sounds. Early users get Pro free.
