Neurable One headphones read your brain while you work. This app turns that signal into something you can act on. A BIOFEEDBACK SYSTEM FOR YOUR BRAIN Track your brain. Get feedback. Change your habits. Then track again and see whether the change worked. The same loop runs at three speeds. Seconds. Inside a focus session, the audio responds as your attention starts to drift. You pull it back before you lose the thread. Hours. A 1-minute check-in in the morning sets your baseline for the day. Check in again after something changes and you see how it affected you. Weeks and months. Every session banks to your own record. Over time the long-range metrics show whether a habit is actually holding. 8 BRAIN METRICS Calibrated by your daily check-in: Brain Age. Your brain's age against your real age. Brain Battery. What you have left in reserve. Speed. How quickly you are processing. Measured against your last reading: Focus. How steadily your attention is holding. Load. How much effort you are spending. Stress. How much tension you are carrying. Sleepiness. How far you are drifting toward sleep. Alpha Peak Frequency. Your strongest resting rhythm. The HRV for the brain. FOCUS SESSIONS FOR DEEP WORK Start a session and the app tracks your concentration live, against your own baseline rather than an average. When focus drifts, an audio cue tells you. When the brainwave signal says your brain is tiring, the app suggests a break, usually before you feel it yourself. Add a note to any session. A short night, a second coffee, a meeting that wrecked your afternoon. Notes are the difference between "the number moved" and "the number moved on 4 hours of sleep". MEDITATE, NAP, TRAIN More session types open up as you use the app. Guided meditation. Naps. Short games that score you against your own previous result rather than against other people. REPORTS Weekly and monthly reports, earned through consistent check-ins. They show which days you had most in reserve and what the week looked like against the one before. WHAT WE MEASURE EEG reads electrical activity at the surface of your head. It does not read thoughts, words, images or mood. We measure signal patterns associated with attention, fatigue and effort. We report what we measured against what you measured before. When a reading disagrees with how you feel, we do not assume the reading is right. Where the signal was not clean enough to report, you see a dash rather than a guess. Neurable One is a consumer wellness product. It is not a medical device.
