Lean Day Toolkit is a practical shop-floor tool for warehouse supervisors, team leads and continuous-improvement practitioners. Open it, capture what you found in under a minute, and walk away with a record and a next action. Built for people who walk the floor — not for a desk. WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL Racking, trailers, freezers and dead zones are where audits actually happen. Everything runs on the device. There is no account to create, no sync to wait for, and no internet permission in the app at all. 5S AUDITS THAT TURN INTO ACTION • Score each item 0–4 with big, glove-friendly buttons • Attach a photo and a note to any finding • Watch your running score update as you go • Finish with a radar chart and a per-S breakdown • Every item you score 0 or 1 automatically becomes a tracked action That last point is the whole idea. Findings do not evaporate — they become work with an owner and a due date. That is the sustain loop. TIME STUDIES, PROPERLY • Quick stopwatch for a single cycle time • Or define the job's steps first, then tap one big button at each breakpoint and let the app advance through the sequence for you • Skip, repeat or log an interruption without wrecking the data • Per-step average, min, max and standard deviation • Exclude an abnormal reading and watch the numbers update • Rating and allowance sliders produce a standard time • Compare against your calculated takt time • Optional step counting turns a walk into distance and time WHAT RIGHT LOOKS LIKE • A photograph of the correct state, three or four key points, and — the half that does the work — what wrong looks like next to it • Print one A4 page and put it on the wall at the job • Found it not being held? One tap raises a tracked action BEFORE AND AFTER, ON ONE PAGE • Photograph it, fix it, photograph it again • One landscape page with the pair, what changed, and the number that moved • A sheet will not publish on two photographs and a paragraph — it needs a measure that moved or a named owner with a date • Pictures can come from your gallery: the "before" is often weeks old SEE THE PAGE BEFORE IT LEAVES Every export opens full screen first. Pinch to zoom, then print or share. What you see is exactly what leaves the phone. THE REST OF THE TOOLKIT • Waste log with a severity-weighted 7-day Pareto — and one tap turns the top of it into a tracked action • Kaizen ideas on a PICK grid, with the measured delta • SPQDC day board; a red day raises the action it owes • Gemba walks that tag everything captured while running • 5 Whys, takt, OEE, VA/PCE and SMED changeover analysis • A3 reports on one landscape page LEARN IT WHILE YOU USE IT • 31 narrated short films, over an hour, on the ideas rather than the buttons — with captions, because a warehouse is loud • 25 animated lessons on the tools themselves • A 76-entry glossary that deep-links into the tool that does the thing • A 10-question quiz YOUR DATA IS YOURS • One backup file holds every record and every photo • Restore onto a new phone, or merge into an existing • Export a workbook with a sheet per module, or a PDF you can hand over • Nothing is uploaded anywhere, because the app cannot reach the internet AN ACTION LIST THAT KEEPS UP • Overdue, today and this-week grouping, with an overdue badge • Low / medium / high priority • Swipe to complete, swipe to reschedule, undo anything • Before-and-after photo evidence • Local due-date reminders • A logbook of everything you have closed out • Share a single action as text or as a card image EXPORTS THAT LOOK PROFESSIONAL Audit PDFs with the radar chart, scores, photos and generated actions. Excel workbooks per module, and a full backup workbook of everything. Send them through any app on your phone. NO DATA COLLECTED No accounts. No analytics. No advertising. No trackers. Your audits, photos and studies live in this app's private storage on your device and nowhere else. Export or delete them whenever you want. Made by Plapl Games.
