🔒 True Privacy by Design Waterfox Android is completely rebuilt from the ground up with privacy as the foundation. Zero telemetry, no data collection, no sponsored content, and no tracking of any kind. We've created dummy versions of tracking services to maintain compatibility while protecting your privacy. ⚡ Maximum Performance Unlike other browsers using pre-built components, we compile everything from scratch - Android Components, Gecko, and SpiderMonkey - with advanced compiler optimizations (-O3) for faster browsing and better battery life. 🧩 Full Add-on Freedom • Browse and install from the entire Mozilla Add-ons store • Direct installation from addons.mozilla.org • Custom AMO collections support • Install extensions from .xpi files • No restrictions, no redirects 🛡️ Enhanced Security Features • Site Isolation (Fission) enabled • Enhanced DNS over HTTPS with Ultra Protection mode using Oblivious HTTP • ESR (Extended Support Release) base for rock-solid stability • about:config access for power users 🎛️ Complete Customization • Privacy-first search engines (DuckDuckGo, Startpage, Mojeek, Qwant) • Customizable menu designs (classic and modern) • JPEG-XL image support • No review prompts or forced feedback Why Waterfox Android? We've solved the constant breakage problem that plagued previous versions by moving to ESR and compiling everything ourselves. This means stable, fast, private browsing without compromise. Perfect for users who want Firefox-level functionality without the privacy concerns, tracking, or performance limitations of mainstream browsers.
