Block apps and manage screen time with AI-powered focus tools. Nudge is an intelligent app blocker designed to break phone addiction, reduce digital distractions, and improve productivity through mindful intervention—not just restrictions. You spend 4.5+ hours daily on your phone. Most of it? Mindless scrolling. Traditional app blockers are easy to bypass. You disable them the moment an urge hits. Nudge is different—it uses an AI coach to help you stay mindful and build better digital habits. 🤖 AI APP BLOCKER & FOCUS COACH When you try to open a distracting app, Nudge doesn't just say "Blocked." It starts a conversation: "Why do you need this app right now?" "You've already spent 90 minutes on social media today. What are you looking for?" The AI identifies patterns and asks questions that encourage mindful choices. This helps you close the app yourself—building lasting awareness instead of relying on willpower. Other intervention modes: - Mindful Pause — Breathing exercise before scrolling - Intention Journal — Write why you're opening the app - Full Block — Hard stop for deep focus sessions 📱 BLOCK APPS AND WEBSITES Block any app: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, Reddit, Facebook, games—anything that steals your focus. Block websites across browsers with pre-built categories: Adult, Gambling, Social Media, Shopping — 70,000+ sites. Perfect for digital detox and productivity. ⏱️ SCREEN TIME LIMITS & TRACKING Set daily time limits to manage screen time: - "30 minutes of Social Media" - "1 hour of Entertainment" Nudge tracks usage and intervenes when you hit your limit to help build healthy digital habits. 📊 SCREEN TIME ANALYTICS See where your time goes: - Daily screen time breakdown - App-by-app usage stats - Unlock attempt counts - Intervention effectiveness 📅 FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING Create schedules that match your life: - Block social media during work hours - Different rules for weekdays vs weekends - Focus modes for deep work 🔒 STRICT MODE Enable Strict Mode to prevent changes to your blocker rules for a set period.
