I’ve seen some great festive versions too with striped yokes – so let your creativity run wild! If you’re worried about weaving in ends, the video tutorials show how to float your yarn up the sides to avoid this. You can use any DK yarn providing the gauge is met. The pattern uses Hayfield Bonus DK which is quite a thick DK yarn, so bear this in mind when substituting yarns.The pattern is available in UK and US crochet terms, is worked from the top down and is intermediate level.
