The Mentoring Works mobile app makes it simple and seamless for mentors and mentees to schedule, track and reflect on every engagement for stronger, more impactful relationships over time. ** App Features ** Scheduling- the Mentoring Works app allows mentors and mentees to schedule and adjust meetings on the go and enables users to engage from wherever they are to strengthen and deepen mentoring relationships. Reminders + Accountability- Mentors and mentees will receive meeting reminders in advance of meeting times allowing scheduling adjustments if necessary. Mentors can also enable reminders regarding mentee interests and goals to encourage preparation and meeting success.
