So why do we struggle to find the same fulfilment in our real-world tasks? This revelation made me think. Often, we abandon activities like running or reading because immediate gratification is missing. Our minds crave instant rewards. I designed this app to mirror the instant feedback of games, fuelling your journey towards achieving goals and cementing good habits.
