When the auction closes, the lowest amount chosen by exactly one paid bidder wins the item. WHAT IT COSTS Each bid has a small entry fee, paid with Telebirr or CBE Birr. The fee is shown on screen before you pay and is not refunded once your bid is active. If you win, you pay the item price separately.
