Three Good Things - Gratitude app analytics for October 5

Three Good Things is a simple gratitude journal for the end of the day — a private daily gratitude diary for positivity, mood and calm. Every evening, write down three good things that happened and how each one made you feel. That is the whole practice. Write them, then put the phone down. Inspired by the Three Good Things exercise studied in positive psychology. WHAT THE APP DOES - Three good things a day. Short entries, not essays. - The "I felt" prompt. After each good thing, note the feeling that came with it. - Memories. Re-read past entries and watch your good days collect over months and years. - A daily reminder at a time you choose. - A quote each day. - Themes, including a night mode for reading in bed. - Works as a mood diary too: the feelings you note build a quiet record of your moods over the months. A JOURNAL APP THAT ASKS FOR LESS Most journal apps hand you a blank page and a cursor. This one asks the same question every evening, so a diary entry is finished in the time it takes to make tea. If you have looked for a free journal app, a gratitude diary or a daily writing habit and bounced off the effort, that is the gap this gratitude app is built for. PRIVACY - No account is required. There is no sign-up, and no email address to hand over. - Journal entries are stored locally in app storage. Exporting or sharing creates a copy through your device's share controls. - No ads. No AI. YOUR ENTRIES, YOUR COPY Export a CSV that can be imported later, or a PDF readable archive. Premium includes unlimited exports; the free app includes three. FREE AND PREMIUM The daily practice is free. Premium adds decorative themes and a polished PDF keepsake. Price, billing period, renewal terms and any free trial are shown in the app and on this store listing, in your local currency. A DAILY GRATITUDE HABIT Three short entries make a five minute gratitude practice. Done nightly, the gratitude journal becomes a daily habit of noticing — a small act of self care before bed. Some people keep it alongside a longer diary or a mood tracker; this one only ever asks for the good things, so being grateful stays easy. ABOUT THE PRACTICE The three good things exercise asks you to name three things that went well and your part in them. It has been studied in positive psychology as a gratitude exercise, and it is deliberately small: the point is that it is easy enough to do on an ordinary evening, in the ordinary mood you happen to be in. WHO IT IS FOR People who have started a journal before and stopped. If a blank page has ever felt like homework, this daily gratitude diary asks for a good deal less: three good things, a feeling for each, done.
