Download the app to register as a customer and open selected accounts directly. A few things to remember • Don’t keep your customer number and PIN with your mobile device. • Make sure to log out when you’re done. • The app will auto log out after five minutes of no activity. • Contact Bank Australia immediately if you’ve lost your device or feel that someone may know your login details. • Please check the BSB and account number or PayID details carefully.
