M-Belarusbank – the official mobile banking App of Joint Stock Company «Savings Bank «Belarusbank» for holders of Bank's payment cards. The App enables users to perform all key banking operations on their phones: manage accounts, pay for services, make transfers, and set up and replenish deposit accounts. Full access to finances at any time – swiftly, conveniently, and securely. BASIC OPERATIONS - Registration without visiting a bank branch. - Viewing card account balance. - Credit and debit transaction notifications. - Card management: ordering, blocking, obtaining details, PIN code generation. - Setting card limits. - Transfers by card number or phone number. - Paying for services and purchases via ERIP (SSIS) (including housing and utility services, fines, taxes, etc.). - QR payments. - Transaction history. - Sharing transaction results in the form of a receipt. - Setting up and replenishing deposit accounts, withdrawing interest. - Current currency exchange rates and converter. - Looking up nearby bank branches on the map. ADDITIONAL BENEFITS The App offers multiple login methods: - Access key – offline authorization. The key is set by the user during registration. - Biometric authentication – offline authorization using fingerprints, iris, or facial recognition. It is customized by the user in the App settings. - PIN code – online authorization requiring an internet connection. PIN code is set by the user in the App settings. Users can make payments while other transactions are being processed, even if there is a delay in request processing. Results are provided as soon as processing is complete. Add payments to Favourites for quick access and set reminders for upcoming payments. The external Balance widget enables users to check card balance without logging into the App. Customize the App's main screen layout – select which widgets to display and arrange them accordingly. Select how you want to receive notifications: - Internet. Notifications are delivered as push notifications (pop-up messages) and are stored within the App. Viewable in the Notifications section or in the Journal under the Notifications tab. - SMS. Notifications are delivered as regular text SMS and are stored in the phone's inbox. To ensure proper notification delivery, enable all required permissions for the M-Belarusbank App in the phone settings: autostart, push service, notifications, secure Apps/security, sleep mode, and power saving mode. Some Apps installed on the device may restrict receiving and transmitting data. The App requires access to device location, even when it is closed or inactive, to display nearby bank branches such as cash departments, ATMs, and self-service terminals in the App and on the widget. SECURITY - For security purposes, the App functions on one device only – the device used for the latest registration. This measure prevents unauthorized access by third parties. - It is recommended not to restore the App from backups. The App receives regular updates and enhancements with new features.
