Scaling, planner and grocery list for bakers, pastry chefs and food businesses. _______________________________________________ You bake every day. But the math never ends. Cookara replaces the spreadsheets, notebooks and mental load with one system that does the calculating for you. Add your recipes once and keep your whole kitchen in one place. Cookara handles the math from there. Cookara helps bakers, pastry chefs, chefs and small food businesses handle the most important parts of kitchen work: • scale recipes instantly • calculate recipe cost • update ingredient prices automatically • plan production by date • generate grocery lists • import recipes from photos and PDFs • calculate tiered cake weight and portions • track nutrition and calories • build recipes from sub-recipes • keep kitchen data in one organized system • Scale recipes instantly Every time something changes, the math starts over. You grab the calculator, redo the numbers, write them down — and hope you didn't make a typo. Cookara does that part for you. Change the baking batch size, the diameter, the weight — and every ingredient updates automatically. • Calculate recipe cost You set the price by feel because there's no time to calculate every time. And then you wonder why the work doesn't pay off. Update one ingredient price — and Cookara recalculates the cost of every recipe that uses it. Know what your products actually cost. Price them with confidence. Keep your profit. • Plan production by date You know what needs to be made this week. But it lives in your head — and heads forget. Add recipes to your planner for specific dates. See exactly what you're baking and when. Your whole week, out of your head and into one place. • Generate grocery lists Your planner knows what you're making. Cookara knows what you need to buy. Add recipes to your plan — one tap and your grocery list is ready. Every ingredient, every quantity, calculated automatically. No forgotten ingredients. No last-minute runs to the store. • Import recipes from photos and PDFs You already have recipes. They're just not in the right place yet. Photo, PDF or text — Cookara pulls out the ingredients and quantities for you. Your existing recipes are ready to use without retyping a single line. • Calculate tiered cake weight and portions Different diameter. Different height. Different tier. Every time the cake size changes, you start the math over. Cookara calculates the size, weight and portions of the cake and every tier automatically — and connects each one to its recipe. • Track nutrition and calories Clients ask about calories. And you don't have the answer. Cookara has a built-in database of 3500 ingredients with nutritional values. Calories, protein, fat and carbs for every bakery recipe are calculated automatically — per serving, per unit, per 100g. The answer is ready before they even ask. • Build recipes from sub-recipes A cake is not one recipe. It's a sponge, a cream, a filling — each a separate building block. Create components once and combine them into any dessert. You started this because you love what you make. Cookara makes sure the math doesn't get in the way.
