TrueConvos: ADHD & Autism Chat app analytics for October 6

You’re not the only one. TrueConvos connects you with people who actually understand what you’re going through. Not therapists. Not chatbots. Real people navigating ADHD, autism, and AuDHD — just like you. Type what you’re feeling. We’ll match you with someone who gets it. How it works: Share what’s on your mind in your own words. Our matching finds people going through the same thing — not just the same diagnosis, but the same specific experience. The 11-alarms moment. The masking-all-day exhaustion. The late diagnosis grief. Whatever it is, someone here knows. Tap “Me too” when a post resonates. That’s it. One tap tells someone they’re not alone. No pressure to chat, no forced introductions. Connect at your own pace. Built for neurodivergent brains: TrueConvos was designed for how your brain actually works. Quick sessions. Low-pressure interactions. Anonymous by default. No overwhelming feeds or complicated social features. Guided meditation sessions tailored to ADHD and autism — for sleep, focus, anxiety, and sensory overwhelm. Customize length, voice, background sounds, and guidance level. What makes TrueConvos different: → Real peer matching based on what you’re actually going through, not just a diagnosis label → Choose how you want to connect: just venting, problem-solving, body doubling, silent support, or distraction → Anonymous posting so you can be honest without judgment → Guided meditation and mindfulness sessions designed for neurodivergent minds → A community that gets it — no toxic positivity, no unsolicited advice, just people who understand Who TrueConvos is for: → Adults with ADHD, autism, or AuDHD looking for peer support → Late-diagnosed neurodivergent adults processing identity and grief → Anyone navigating executive function challenges, masking fatigue, autistic burnout, rejection sensitivity, sensory overwhelm, or time blindness → People who are tired of hearing “just try harder” from people who don’t get it Find your people.
