Dhamani is a secure and integrated digital health application developed to support the digital transformation initiatives of the Ministry of Health (MOH) and the Health Insurance Authority in Iraq. The application enables patients and healthcare beneficiaries to register themselves and their family members, and to securely access medical records, treatment information, and healthcare services through a unified digital platform. Authorized users can review medical history, diagnoses, prescriptions, and laboratory and radiology results anytime and from anywhere, in compliance with national data protection and healthcare regulations. Dhamani enhances transparency, improves continuity of care, and empowers citizens to actively participate in managing their health, contributing to the modernization and efficiency of Iraq’s healthcare system.
