Keep Me Out - Screen Time Lock app analytics for October 9

Reduce your screen time. Break your phone addiction. Stay focused and productive. Sounds like a dream? Not if you're a Keep Me Out user. Keep Me Out is a phone lock and digital detox app that locks you out of your own device so you can focus. Lock your phone on demand, on a schedule, or automatically when you reach a distracting place — get reports on your app usage and give your body the digital detox it needs. No willpower required. What can you do with Keep Me Out? — Quick Lock The core of the app: choose how long to lock yourself out and your phone stays locked. Emergency contacts can be enabled in settings. — Schedule Lock Plan recurring focus blocks across a seven-day cycle — bedtime, work, study — and manage your digital consumption automatically. — Location Locks Automatically lock your phone when you arrive at a place of focus — the office, the gym, a friend's home. Add a place once and Keep Me Out locks you out the moment you get there, hands-free. Your location is used only on your device — never uploaded or shared. — Allowed Apps Choose a few apps you genuinely need (maps, music, chat) to stay usable while everything else stays locked. Requested by thousands of users — now available. — App Usage Get an organized overview of which apps take your time and how much. Watch your screen time drop as you build the habit — knowledge is the first step to self-improvement. — Emergency Calling Add important contacts so you can always reach them during lock times. — Themes Make the app yours with beautiful themes — Midnight, Ocean, Sunset and more. — Easy Settings Uninstall protection, device reboot, connected-device settings and language — all in one place. What is the difference between our free and premium version? The free version includes up to 2 schedule locks. Premium is ad-free and unlocks unlimited schedules, location-based auto-lock, extra themes and more — so you can plan your whole week and boost productivity effortlessly. — Permissions needed to set up this app: Enable device administrator for the lock feature to work. Location Locks additionally need location permission (optional — only if you use them). We value your privacy. Keep Me Out doesn't store any personalized data on our servers.
