Please share these with your fellow Rotarians, family and friends.    National Association on Mental Illness-NAMI: is the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness. NAMI provides advocacy, education, support and public awareness so that all individuals and families affected by mental illness can build better lives. Learn more and register here.     Many clubs are booking mental health experts to their virtual club meetings to discuss practical steps that one can take to relieve fear and anxiety and lead a more fulfilling life. Clinical psychologist and Past District Governor Mary Berge of District 7330 in Pennsylvania joined the Rotary Club of Winnetka-Northfield last week and discussed practical steps everyone can take to improve your mental health.
