The CareSuccess app improves the care delivered by homecare services by “Going Digital.” The app is intuitive, easy to use and embraces care at home empowering families to help loved ones to remain independent and safe within their own homes. They can view their diaries “on the go” and quickly report Accidents / Incidents or Medication issues easily. Issues are identified easily and reported in live time to the relevant carer or management. Assessments and Audits can be conducted efficiently helping management to use their time more effectively and follow up on critical issues.
