With the ADF Family Health mobile app, you can: • Make a claim – simply snap a photo of your receipt and submit! • Track your claims • Check your family limit • Update your contact info • Order a new membership card Reset your password When you log in for the first time, you’ll need your program number and ADF Family Health online account password.
