The State Agency for Digital Administration presents the Mi Carpeta Ciudadana app, which facilitates citizens’ interactions with Pubic Administrations in a simple, flexible way on a single platform. Mi Carpeta Ciudadana features, in aggregate, your personal information and the procedures you have carried out with the various Public Administrations. The main characteristics and functions of the Mi Carpeta Ciudadana app include: Home. Displays alerts and the number of electronic notifications pending, and connects to the General Point for Notifications (DEHú) for consultation. It also provides i) a summary of your personal status, which you can customise with your favourite data, a summary of notifications, and scheduled appointments, and ii) direct access to the services and documents you have consulted most recently.
