What Does Hand Stamping Mean? I use a traditional hand-stamping process and not an engraving machine. Each letter/symbol is hammered into the metal one at a time using individual stamping tools. I cannot scale text or images to make them bigger or smaller. The stamping process creates deep impressions in the metal. I can only stamp on one side of the piece. If a listing offers text on both sides, it cannot overlap. Variations in spacing and letter/number alignment may occur. These differences should not been seen as defects, but rather adding to the charm and uniqueness of each piece. These cuffs are handmade and not made with a machine, so no two items will ever look exactly alike. How Long Does It Take For My Order To Ship? Production time varies depending on the time of the year and the amount of pieces I have to create. It is generally 5-8 FULL BUSINESS DAYS. Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include holidays. During certain peak seasons shipping may take longer. We do our best to get all orders out in a timely manner. US shipping times vary from 2-7 days. Can I Rush My Order? We do offer an add on option to rush your order. The "production rush" must be purchased in addition to your piece.
