The Heart Manual Relaxation App This Relaxation App is a key part of our self-management programmes, as research has shown relaxation to have many benefits for your physical and mental health. With ten different guided relaxation techniques, using this app as part of the Heart Manual programme will support you to learn to relax and let go of tension in your body and mind. You will receive a login as part of a self-management programme, or as part of support from a healthcare professional. Please note that this app in intended for patient use only.
