With this app, you will have access to a broad range of clinical tools and exercises in the form of texts, illustrations, animations, audios, and even videos. You can send them to all of your clients, who can use the app for free. The app is divided into three sections: Programs, Exercises, and E-learning. Under Programs, you will find catered training programs based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Process-Based Therapy (PBT), and other evidence-based therapies. These programs have been produced by clinical experts such as Steven C. Hayes, Gijs Jansen, and many more.
