Análisis de la app I&C Pro-Instrument Tools para 8 de octubre

The only field toolkit built by a commissioning engineer — not just unit conversion. Reproduce density-compensated level to match your DCS (T3000 / Ovation), diagnose O₂ zirconia analyzer cells, and convert gas units with O₂ and wet/dry correction. Verified against O&M manuals and live DCS values. ■ Level Compensator Reproduces density-compensated level measurement precisely. It keeps hook-up, CALIB, and DCS scaling separate per vessel type—HP/LP feedwater heaters, flash tanks, and steam drums—and lets you compare the Siemens T3000 and Emerson Ovation LEVELCOMP algorithms side by side on the same configuration. Save a profile per instrument and reload it on your next visit with no re-typing. ■ Field calculators Coal silo level, proximity-probe calibration, tank level, level-transmitter verification, and gas unit conversion—the calculations you repeat on every commissioning job, done fast. ■ Built for the field Follows real data-sheet terminology and sign conventions, and works fully offline. Configure each vessel once; each day you only enter the live reading. For power-plant commissioning, maintenance, and I&C/DCS engineers.
