Análisis de la app GeomNotes - Math & Handwriting para 3 de noviembre

GeomNotes = handwritten notes + precise geometry. One pen for your thinking, one toolset for exact figures — in the same canvas, in the same document. WHY IT IS DIFFERENT Most note apps let you write freely but cannot draw an accurate figure. Most geometry apps draw accurately but cannot be annotated by hand. GeomNotes does both: ink and shapes live in separate layers, so handwritten annotations always stay visible on top of the figure. HANDWRITING · Fountain pen, pencil, brush, watercolor and charcoal, with pressure and tilt response · Ink-aware eraser that removes a stroke without damaging its neighbours · Works with both finger and Apple Pencil GEOMETRY · Ruler, set square, protractor and compass · One-tap linear, quadratic and reciprocal graphs · Regular polygons: set the number of edges, drag a vertex, get an exact figure · Coordinate systems with zoom, rotation, a custom unit per grid and tick labels that read as multiples of π — and you can edit a system you already inserted instead of adding a second one FUNCTION GRAPHING · Universal function builder: x^α, b^x, log_b x, sin(ωx), cos(ωx), tan(ωx) — combine any number of terms to plot polynomials and composite functions · An "Applies to" field on every term, so a kernel can act on an expression: sin(2x + 1), ln(x - 1) · Bases e, 2, 10 or custom; ω accepts 1, 2, π/2, π, 2π and more · Live preview while you type, and new curves match the scale and rotation of the system MATH TOOLS · Calculator with parentheses, sign and decimals; copy the result · Is it prime, prime factorization, and divisors with count and sum · Factor a polynomial — x^2 - y^2, x^3 - 6x^2 + 11x - 6, 3x^3 - y^3 · Remainder (quotient and remainder), GCD / LCM, and number base conversion · Quadratic equations with the discriminant, the nature of the roots and exact solutions ANALYZE A CURVE · Derivative f'(x) — one tap on a curve inserts its derivative, no input required · Tangent line — enter the tangent point x0 and see f(x0), f'(x0) and the equation as you type · Zeros — every zero marked on the curve and listed, exact values as x = π/2 and approximate ones as x ≈ 1.7321 · Intersections — mark one curve as "Curve 1", then find where another crosses it · Inverse functions — reflect any curve about y = x, with an automatic one-to-one check and branch selection for non-monotonic functions · Clear marks — remove every marker from a curve at once ORGANISE · Import PDFs and images and annotate them directly · Built-in table tool for quick data capture in class · Sticky notes, shapes and images in separate, toggleable layers · Multi-page documents with thumbnail navigation EXPORT AND SHARE · Export to PDF / PNG and share via the system share sheet · Pixel Copy: select any region to get a PNG that is copied to the clipboard and inserted as an editable image — ideal for building worksheet templates CLASSROOM · Built-in timer, templates and a presentation-friendly layout · Demonstrate triangle and angle relationships · Show f and f' side by side to explain monotonicity and extrema · Annotate student work by hand and export it as a PDF SUBSCRIPTION Core handwriting is free. Pro unlocks advanced geometry tools, function graphing, curve analysis and inverse functions, and high-quality export. Available as an annual subscription (7-day free trial) or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled any time in your App Store settings.
