Sprints Athlete is a professional analysis tool for sprint training and performance. Session Library Browse 44 ready-made training sessions covering the full sprint training spectrum — from technical drills and acceleration to max velocity, speed endurance, special endurance, tempo, time trials, and hill work. Filter by type and event, tap to start, or save your own sessions for reuse. Performance Analysis Record your times, track your progress, and get instant insights — age- and sex-graded performance levels across six sprint distances from 60m to 400m. Global Leaderboards See how your times stack up against athletes worldwide — dedicated boards for the 60m, 100m, 150m, 200m, 300m and 400m. Filter by sex, age group and country; show your flag; earn your rank. After saving a race you'll be asked to post your best rep in one tap. Browsing is free for everyone — Pro members submit their best marks. AI Technique Analysis Point the camera at a rep and let on-device pose detection do the work — a skeleton overlay tracks your form while the app measures cadence, ground-contact time, flight time and joint angles. Everything runs on your phone; nothing is uploaded. iCloud Sync Your sessions now sync automatically across iPhone & iPad. • Session library with 44 preset workouts across every sprint distance • Save your own custom sessions to the library • Age- & sex-graded performance analysis — 60m, 100m, 150m, 200m, 300m & 400m • Track personal bests • Global leaderboards — six sprint distances, 60m to 400m • Division & country filters — find a board you can top • AI technique analysis — cadence, contact time, joint angles • Sessions sync across devices via iCloud • Share reports with your team or coach
