Análisis de la app LogBook: Habit Tracker & Diary para 11 de octubre

LogBook is a habit tracker with a diary attached. You tick what you kept, then you write the day down. Months later the streak tells you what you did, and the page tells you why. WHAT IT DOES • One check-in a day. At a time you choose, LogBook asks. Tick the habits you kept, add a photo, write a line or a paragraph. Two minutes, once. • A streak you can see. Tally marks, not a number in a badge. Every habit keeps a grid of its own — a month, or a year, at a glance. • Pages you can reread. Every check-in becomes a dated page in the log. Scroll back through it like a notebook, because that is what it is. • Habits you build, habits you quit. Track the run you want to start and the scroll you want to stop, side by side. • A home-screen widget. Your grid, on the home screen, without opening anything. • Share the day, or don't. Post a day to a small feed of people you trust and react to theirs. Off by default. Nothing is public, and there is no follower count. • Dark mode that was actually designed. Same paper, dimmed — not an inverted screenshot. • Works offline. Everything is written on the phone first and synced when there is a signal. Aeroplane, tube, cabin in the woods: the check-in still happens. WHAT IT DOESN'T DO No streaks-as-guilt. No push notifications begging you back. No leaderboard, no points, no streak insurance to buy. Miss a day and the ledger just says so — you can tick it late if you actually did it. THE FREE LOGBOOK Three habits, kept forever, with the full check-in, the full journal, the widget and the feed. LogBook is built so the looking back is the point.
