Análisis de la app NaGaveta – Documents para 5 de noviembre

WHERE IS THAT DOCUMENT? In “Find a document”, type it the way you remember it — “car insurance”, “Cecília’s exam”, “TV invoice” — and NaGaveta searches the folders on your phone that you allow, including “WhatsApp documents”, the folder where WhatsApp saves the documents you receive. It reads the text of your documents on the device itself, shows where it found them and opens them right away. Searching saves nothing and doesn’t count toward the free plan limit. Found it and want to keep it? Tap “Save to NaGaveta”. OR LET NAGAVETA ORGANIZE In “Organize my documents”, it finds your documents, works out what each one is — ID, contract, test result, bill, insurance policy — and files it in the right drawer. When it’s unsure, it asks. You choose: “Review before saving”, or let it save on its own what it’s sure about. If you like, turn on “Organize automatically” and it checks the folders every so often, when Android allows. THE ORIGINAL STAYS WHERE IT IS NaGaveta only reads the folders you choose, and you can remove access at any time. It never deletes, moves or changes your files: it keeps an organized copy. It doesn’t read your chats. DATES THAT MATTER Due dates for documents and bills, with a reminder the day before and on the day. When it finds an expiry date, NaGaveta offers the reminder — and only creates it if you tap “Remind me”. Schedule and medicine times in the same place. EVERYTHING AT HAND • Ready-made drawers — ID, Health, Vehicles, Bills & Payments, Contracts and more — plus the ones you create. • Search inside NaGaveta by title, drawer and the text of the document, also by voice. • Notes: keep a text of your own, like the Wi-Fi password. • From another app, use Share → NaGaveta: a file becomes a document; text becomes a note. • Send documents to a nearby device over the local network. PRIVACY • No account, no login. Documents are analyzed on the device and never go to NaGaveta servers. • PIN and biometrics, if you want them. • Backup: export a file, or turn on Cloud backup — optional, free and encrypted on the device, in your own Google account. • An anonymous usage count, with no data from your documents, can be turned off in Settings. FREE TO START The free plan lets new users store up to 3 items at no cost. Existing users keep their previously granted free limit. Premium — yearly or lifetime — offers unlimited item storage and lets you schedule automatic deletion of temporary items. In English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, Italian and German. Light and dark theme.
