"This practice was great. The transitions were very clear and I was able to do all the exercises with just a little bit of difficulty. What I really liked was that the instructor gave instructions in detail like when to squeeze the abs and when to imagine a wall behind you when you're standing. I found that really helpful." - Mara "Omg I LOVED IT! I do Pilates all the time (weekly) at home. This was the best session I’ve taken maybe ever! You guys did it again! Great job DDApp" - Molly Down Dog's terms and conditions can be found at https://www.downdogapp.com/terms Down Dog's privacy policy can be found at https://www.downdogapp.com/privacy
