Análisis de la app Eye Care: 20-20-20 Reminder para 1 de noviembre

Spending hours in front of a phone or computer? Your eyes need regular rest — and Eye Care makes it effortless. Eye Care is a simple, beautiful eye rest app built around the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet (6 meters) away for 20 seconds. It pairs a smart break timer with a built-in blue light filter, so your eyes are looked after both during the workday and late at night. HOW IT WORKS • Start the break timer and keep working as usual • After 20 minutes, a gentle notification reminds you it's time for an eye break • Follow the guided 20-second break, then get back to work refreshed KEY FEATURES 👁 Smart break reminders — gentle notifications that keep working when the app is in the background ⏱ Customizable break timer — set your own work interval and break length 🧘 Guided eye rest — a calm break screen with a countdown and simple eye exercises to follow along 🌙 Blue light filter & night mode — a warm color filter over your whole phone, not just inside the app 📅 Flexible schedule — start reminders manually, or let them run only during your working hours and days 🔔 Sounds & vibration — choose how you want to be notified 📊 Track your progress — daily stats, a 7-day chart, weekday patterns and a 12-week heatmap to keep your streak going 🧩 Home screen widget and Quick Settings tile — start a session or switch the filter on in one tap 🌍 Available in 18 languages BLUE LIGHT FILTER — A NIGHT MODE FOR YOUR WHOLE SCREEN Bright, blue-white screens can feel harsh in the evening. Eye Care's screen filter cuts that blue tone across every app you use: • 4 filter modes: Warm for all-day comfort, Amber for the evening, Red for dark rooms, and Sepia for comfortable reading • Adjustable intensity — fine-tune the filter until it feels just right • Extra Dim — go darker than your phone's lowest brightness, ideal for reading in bed • Automatic schedule — night mode turns itself on every evening and off in the morning A BREAK TIMER THAT FITS YOUR DAY Eye Care runs quietly in the background. Set reminders to follow your working hours — for example Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30 — and they start and stop on their own. Need a moment? Snooze a reminder or pause for the rest of the day. When it's break time, the break screen keeps things dim and simple, because the point is to look away from your phone. WHY THE 20-20-20 RULE? Eye care professionals often suggest the 20-20-20 rule as an easy way to ease digital eye strain. When you focus on a screen, you tend to blink less and your eyes stay locked at one distance. Looking far away every 20 minutes gives them a regular chance to relax — no equipment, no effort, just a healthy habit. BUILD A HABIT YOU CAN SEE Every completed break counts toward your daily goal. Watch your streak grow, compare weeks, and spot the days when you forget to rest your eyes. WHO IS IT FOR? Office workers, developers, designers, students, gamers, night-time readers — anyone who spends long hours in front of a screen. Eye Care is not a medical device. If you have ongoing eye discomfort, please see an eye care professional. Your eyes work hard for you every day.
