Análisis de la app Tochi: Mood Journal Companion para 7 de octubre

Tochi is a mood journal and diary companion that combines mood tracking with guided reflection. Record how you feel, write about what happened, and revisit the people and experiences that matter to you. Some days, the feeling is clear. Other days, a conversation, a decision, or a difficult moment stays on your mind. Start with your own words. As an AI journal, Tochi offers guided questions to explore feelings and connect related experiences, at your pace. A quick mood check-in, or room to write Choose a mood and add emotions, activities, thoughts, or triggers when you want more detail. Keep a short daily diary or write a longer entry. Your record holds both how you felt and what was happening around you. The mood tracker makes everyday check-ins simple. When there is more behind a feeling, continue with guided journaling rather than stopping at a mood score. Find words for what you feel Describe a moment in a written conversation with Tochi. Gentle questions and journal prompts help you explore what affected you, organize your thoughts, and consider another perspective. Tochi suggests feelings that may fit your words; you choose what feels right. Write about a stressful day, gratitude, a relationship, a personal goal, or something you are unsure about. You do not need a polished entry or an immediate answer. Remember the context, not just the entry Tochi connects related moments across your journal, including people you mention, recurring concerns, and themes that continue over time. Revisit a changing friendship, a work situation that keeps returning, or a moment when you felt more at ease. See what Tochi has understood about an important person and how that understanding has changed. You can correct it when it does not match your experience. Your everyday moments, woven into a story Life Chapters bring experiences from guided logging and reflection together into illustrated parts of your personal story. A chapter might follow a friendship, a demanding period, or a goal you are working toward. Add related experiences through these guided flows and return to the moments, feelings, and changes in perspective that shaped the chapter. A quick mood check-in does not automatically generate a story. Look back on your month Explore mood history and monthly insights to review the emotions, activities, and triggers you have recorded. See how your emotional tone varied across the weeks and revisit the experiences behind those feelings. Use patterns as starting points for reflection, not labels that define you. The aim is to notice what matters in your life, not reduce it to statistics. Make room for a daily reflection Use Tochi for a brief check-in, a gratitude journal entry, or a longer reflection on something that is hard to put into words. Small wins, unresolved thoughts, relationships, and ordinary days all have a place. Free access and subscriptions Basic mood tracking is free. Conversations and guided logs include a weekly free allowance; additional access and premium features require a paid subscription. Current limits, prices, and subscription terms are shown in the app. For personal reflection, not medical care. Tochi is not a medical device and cannot diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions. Seek a healthcare professional's advice for medical questions, diagnosis, or treatment.
