Do you live with an energy-limiting health condition? Join over 250,000+ people with Long Covid, ME/CFS, POTS, Fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and more who are improving their pacing with Visible. Get more from the energy you have. Pacing (balancing activity and rest) is one of the best ways to live well with your condition and reduce the risk of crashes or PEM. But pacing can be hard. Visible gives you personalized insights to help you understand your body, manage your energy and pace with more confidence. Unlike fitness tracking apps, Visible is designed to support rest and pacing, not workouts and exercise. MEASURE YOUR PACE Use your phone’s camera to measure your biometrics, including heart rate variability (HRV) and resting Heart Rate each morning. Understand your daily stability and make informed choices about how to pace your day. TRACK AND SPOT PATTERNS Log your symptoms, medication, and daily exertion to spot patterns over time. See how your lifestyle choices may be influencing how you feel and your biometrics. HEALTH REPORT AND EXPORT Download long-term health reports to get an overview of your trends and share them with your doctor. TAKE PART IN RESEARCH Opt-in to studies with world-leading researchers. Volunteer your data and help advance the science of energy-limiting conditions. GET ALL DAY DATA Pair the Visible band for real-time pacing notifications, PacePoints, all-day energy budgeting, and more. THOUSANDS OF 5-STAR REVIEWS “Visible has been LIFE-CHANGING. I had fibromyalgia before COVID and thought I did well at pacing, but this has helped me on a whole new level.” – Roma “This is the first app in the 33 years since I have been diagnosed with this condition that shows me the data my doctor and I need. Fitness apps don't work well because they are not geared for people with POTS and PEM. This is the very first app that warns me when I have to SLOW DOWN and the monthly reports help my doctors get a better picture of how I'm doing.” – Lesli “Visible has been life changing making an invisible illness visible. It has been credibly validating to have concrete evidence to show to others about what is going on behind the scenes." - Eleanor Visible is not intended to provide medical services such as diagnosis, cure, mitigation, prevention, or treatment of any disease or medical condition.
