Shaply turns your phone into a bodyweight training coach. COUNT YOUR REPS WITHOUT THINKING Set your phone down and train: the camera reads your form and counts every rep automatically. A live gauge tracks your range of motion. No accessories, no smartwatch. YOUR NUTRITION IN ONE PHOTO Snap your plate: AI identifies the food and estimates calories and macros. Set your weight goal, Shaply handles the math and tracks your progress. FACE REAL PLAYERS Challenge another player to a live 1v1 push-up duel. Real matchmaking, Elo rating, ranks from Rookie to Legend. EVERY REP MOVES YOU FORWARD Climb the ranks from Bronze to Diamond as you train. And in Leveling mode, your reps become damage: fight creatures, earn experience, unlock the bestiary. CLEAR STATISTICS Track your reps, intensity, execution speed and progress over 7, 30 or 90 days. Shaply is built for bodyweight training: push-ups, pull-ups, dips, squats and many more. Nutritional estimates and generated programs are provided for guidance only and do not replace the advice of a health professional.
